Electric Ant Lab CCO Jurjen van Rees at the European Chemistry Partnering Event

Jurjen van Rees, CCO of Electric Ant Lab will join the 5th Annual European Chemistry Partnering forum on Wednesday, February 24th. During this two-day event, Jurjen will connect with global R&D experts from innovative chemistry companies. He will also be a panelist speaker, presenting his expert take on the current state of the chemical industry. Topics highlighted will include the need to digitalize and the outlook for sustainability in the coatings industry.

The event, hosted digitally in 2021, is an opportunity for innovative business heads and entrepreneurs to network. Jurjen will be on hand to meet with fellow innovative business heads and entrepreneurs. Attendees at ECP come from the entire production value chain. Originating from both the B2B and B2C sectors, they offer everything from base, fine, and speciality chemicals, to consumer goods.

“Meet the Experts”

A highlight of Jurjen’s presence at this event will be his deep insights on the digital transformation of R&D. He will share his thoughts on how digitalization is shaping up across the industry and shed some light on ground-breaking simulation software RheoCube. “Digitization of R&D is currently one of the most challenging transformations in the chemical industry. How do you empower experimental scientists in your R&D teams to transition their trial-and-error work to a digital environment? With the present state of modelling sciences and available computing resources, it is time to transition towards digitization.”
